Terms of use

NoCrumbs is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. By using the platform, you agree to follow our rules. Do not post illegal content. Do not harass other users. Do not try to harm the service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

NoCrumbs is a student project. We do not promise uptime, data storage, or that the service will keep running.

What we collect

When you create an account or use NoCrumbs, we collect:

• Account credentials: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Profile information: your display name and any profile details you choose to add.
• Content you create: meal posts, photos, comments, RSVPs, and likes.
• Social connections: friend relationships and community memberships you establish.

How we use it

We use your data to run NoCrumbs. We use it to log you in, display your posts, and run the app. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We only use it to run the service.

Data deletion

You can delete posts and comments directly from the platform at any time. To delete your full account and data, email calebweldon2026@u.northwestern.edu. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
